Good Morning, Betty!   I went on a scrapbooking "get-away" with some girlfriends over the weekend and I just had to tell you that your name came up a LOT!!  Thanks for all that you do for all of us "croppers"!  My friend, Susan and I, were two of the first in your store on the last "yard sale" day - we had a BLAST looking through and integrating all of our new stuff into our books & supplies.  (Susan got a Cricket Expressions for Christmas - I'm encouraging her to check out your class and/or cartridge rentals.) Also, my friend, Tina Terry, introduced us to STICKLES this weekend!!!  I LOVE THEM!!!!  Hey, I want them all.  How much for the whole set and please tell me, do you have a holder, organizer or something special to house the stickles collection in?   Thanks for all that YOU DO!!!!

"I live about 1,388 mi from NC. I have never seen the store, nor have I seen Betty herself. Despite the distance, I have received the best customer service that beats my own city's crafting superstore. The customer service of The Stamping & Scrapbooking Room (more commonly known to some as Betty's) caters to your needs to make each visit personal as if you were walking into the store and talking face-to-face. The communication is fast and very helpful! I would not hesitate to make The Stamping & Scrapbooking Room my first choice for any of my future scrapbooking needs. Betty & Eric, 

I'm Janeice (1 of the 4) traveling ladies from the eastcoast of North Carolina.  I would like to personally thank you for a wonderful experience at your store last weekend.  You both were wonderful people and your store......what can i say about your store it was amazing and full of neat unique scrapbooking items and I can not wait to take another trip back.  Thanks for taking the time to show us and allow us to play (Janeice,Kim,Lisa & Sarah) with some of the new products that will be arriving in the coming weeks.  Hope to see you soon. Great website......and keep up the wonderful hospitality.
